Licensed Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to high-quality patient care and experience in a range of therapeutic modalities. This role is perfect for a therapist interested in psychedelic-assisted therapies and requires expertise in addressing diverse patient needs, including PTSD, addiction, and depression/anxiety counseling. The Therapist will work collaboratively with patients, developing effective treatment plans to support their unique mental health journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide psychological support for patients undergoing ketamine infusions and conduct ketamine-assisted psychotherapy sessions.
• Offer individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices, tailored to the specific needs of patients.
• Provide traditional psychotherapy and incorporate cutting-edge methods for patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding standards.
• Implement behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques as appropriate.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatry and nursing, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health treatment, particularly in areas such of psychedelic-assisted therapies.

Integrative Health and Wellness Approaches: Knowledge of holistic practices such as mindfulness techniques, nutrition-based mental health strategies, lifestyle interventions, and mind-body therapies (e.g., yoga, meditation, breathwork) is preferred.

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Certification in Health Coaching, preferred
• Valid licensure as a therapist in the state of Minnesota.
• Experience with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with PTSD, addiction, and depression/anxiety.
• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and familiarity with ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with patients from various backgrounds.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis and behavior management techniques is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively document patient interactions and treatment plans.
